The purpose of the SAC/SET is to advise and recommend to the principal in the following areas:
- Priorities for spending school moneys—state, federal, local, grant and discretionary money.
- Advise regarding school improvement plan and subsequent processes.
- Quarterly discussions regarding school’s progress implementing accreditation plan.
- Preparation of school Unified Improvement Plan (UIP) depending on rating.
