- Immunization Record
- Special Accommodations (504 Plans, IEP)
You can apply online for Free & Reduced meals. If you qualify, you will receive a Fee Waiver form which you will have to fill out and retun to Mrs. Niesent (Athletic secretary) in the front office
If you do not live within Poudre's attendance area you will need to apply through the School of Choice application process.
If you would like to take a guided tour of the school, please contact Mrs. McPherson at 970-488-6064 to set up an appointment.
