Registration
New PSD students
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE- Due to heavy construction happening this summer, all registrations will be processed starting August 5th. You may submitt all your registration materials (see below), but we will not have access to process them until August 5th. You can fax them to 970-488-6060 or e-mail them to the Registar. Counselors will be available the week of August 5th to meet with new families to create student's schedule. We appreciate your patience.
If you're a new family to PSD interested in registering at Poudre High School and you live within Poudre's attendance area, you and a parent need to stop by the Counseling office and pick up a registration packet (or print the forms from the PSD School Registration page) and set up an appointment with your new counselor. Items to bring for registration are:
- Copy of birth certificate
- Transcripts (Grades 9 - 12) from previous school
- Immunization Record
- Special Accommodations (504 Plans, IEP)
You can apply online for Free & Reduced meals. If you qualify, you will receive a Fee Waiver form which you will have to fill out and retun to Mrs. Niesent (Athletic secretary) in the front office
If you do not live within Poudre's attendance area you will need to apply through the School of Choice application process.

Current PHS students
At the beginning of the second semester, counselors will visit classrooms and will have group presentations for students. Students and their counselor will determine what courses they need to fulfill graduation requirements and must fill out and return their course request sheet to their counselor.
8th Grade PSD students
Counselors will visit PSD middle schools in January to hold presentations highligting program options at Poudre.
Current PSD students
Students wishing to transfer from one PSD school to another during the school year need to follow the School Transfer process.
