Teen Parent Program
The Poudre School District Teen Parent Program is located at Fort Collins High School and is a self-contained, district program. The curriculum combines prenatal, labor and delivery, child development, and parenting classes, along with English, Science, Social Studies and Math academic classes needed for graduation. Outside agencies such as Social Services, Child Care Assistance, Legal Services, and Adoption counseling are also available. Developing a positive self-image and improving life coping skills are important elements of the entire program.  Pregnant or parenting students who live within the Poudre School District's attendance area may enroll in the program for up to one full school year.

FREE academic tutoring for kindergarten through college levels is available from volunteer tutors sponsored by the Independent Order of the Oddfellows nonprofit. Students of all ages are welcome to meet regularly to work on homework and study for tests including the GED, ACT, SAT, and other exams.  All possible tutors and students are encouraged to call for more information.
