PHS Class of 2013 Preliminary Graduation March List
The PHS Class of 2013 Preliminary Graduation March List is now posted in the glass case across from the Counseling Office entrance. This is the list of seniors who intend to march in our 2013 graduation ceremony. Seniors should check this list to see if their name is listed. If a senior’s name is not listed it is because we’ve yet to receive their Legal Name and Intent to March form or they have elected to not march in the 2013 PHS graduation ceremony. If a senior intends to march in our graduation ceremony, and is not listed on the Preliminary Graduation March List, they will need to return a completed Legal Name and Intent to March form to Mrs. Michaud by no later than February 15th. Legal Name and Intent to March forms can obtained from Mrs. Michaud in the Counseling Office. This form requires a parent/guardian signature even if the senior is 18 years old. The FINAL 2013 Graduation March List and March Order (seating order) will posted early in March, prior to Spring Break.
Legal Name Form - All graduates must have a legal name form filled out and turned in to the Counseling Department. If you do not have a form turned in, you may be left out of the graduation ceremony.
Cap and Gown
Ordering packages can be picked up in the Counseling Department or contact Dave Graf or Lindsey Bellus (se habla español) at Jostens (223-7119 or www.jostens.com).

Graduate Seating Arrangement Procedures
Directions for locating your side, row and seat in the graduation ceremony:
1. Open the Alpha List to locate your last name, then go to the far right and locate your side (left or right), row # and seat #.
2. Open the Graduation Marching Order and locate the side (left or right) you’re seated in, and then locate your row # and your seat #.
IF YOU FIND ANY PROBLEMS: NOTIFY MRS. MICHAUD or MR. NASH IMMEDIATELY.
