Spring 2025 Information:

Starting January 7th, we will be starting our indoor preseason on Tuesday and Thursday nights. This will include stick skills and conditioning. These are also FREE FOR EVERYONE!!! Beginners and returners show up! Please note, the times are slightly different for Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

The dates and times will be added to TeamSnap, but they are as follows: These will take place inside Rocky’s small gym. Tues Jan 7th:630-8 Tues Feb 4: 630-8 Thurs Jan 9th: 645-815 Thurs Feb 6: 645-815 Tues Jan 14th: 430-630 Tues Feb 11: 630-8 Thurs Jan 16th: 645-815 Thurs Feb 13: 645-815 Tues Jan 21:430-630 Tues Feb 18: 630-8 Thurs Jan 23: 645-815 Thurs Feb 20: 645-815 

Equipment needed: Stick, eyewear, mouthguard, indoor athletic shoes, waterbottle. Need to borrow a stick or eyewear? Email Coach Pam at pbkramer14@gmail.com These are HIGHLY recommended if you plan on trying out for the Spring Season!!! 

Registration/fees open on January 27th. Official 1st practice is February 24, 2025. Must have an orange card on or before 2/24. Orange card: Register on sportsengine, pay fee and current physical turned in. All three items must be completed before an orange card will be issued. 

Tryouts will be 2/24, 2/25 and 2/26.
