This course is an introduction to metalworking and machining.  Course content will include precision measuring tools, metal fabrication, welding and cutting fundamentals, pattern and foundry methods, metal machining including CNC programming and operations.  Students will learn to set up and operate a variety of metalworking machines in the construction of several useful projects.&nbs
