Background
I am lucky enough to have grown up in Colorado. I went to school in Centennial, Colorado, then decided to go to college at CSU! After college, I knew I wanted to stay in the gorgeous city of Fort Collins. I love to spend time with my family, read, and play music. Additionally, I am passionate about traveling the world and experiencing different places and cultures. My husband also works here at Poudre High as a Special Education teacher...we got married last fall! Together we have an adorable and ornery Golden Retriever named Wesley. This will be my 5th year of teaching, but my first year at Poudre. I am so excited to be an Impala!
Education
I graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor's in English Education and a Spanish minor. In addition, I received my Master's degree in Educational Equity and Cultural/Linguistic Diversity from the University of Colorado Boulder last year.
