ENG 121 English Composition I: Emphasizes the planning, writing, and revising of compositions, including the development of critical and logical thinking skills.  This course includes a minimum of five compositions that stress analytical evaluative and persuasive/argumentative writing.  This course is one of the statewide Guaranteed Transfer courses.

**At PHS, this course is similarly structured to an entry level composition class in college.
