    • Student Support & Discipline: Oversee student behavior, attendance, restorative practices, and disciplinary processes.
    • School Culture & Climate: Promote a safe, inclusive, respectful, and supportive school environment.
    • Student Advocacy: Support students academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs and connect them with appropriate resources.
    • Safety & Crisis Response: Help coordinate school safety procedures, emergency response, threat assessment, and crisis management.
    • Policy & Compliance: Implement district and school policies related to student conduct, attendance, safety, and student rights.
  • Specialties: ¡Yo hablo español!
  • Passion: Building relationships with students and families to enhance academic progress. As a former School Counselor and current coach, I love helping students succeed both academically and athletically, believing that education and sports work together to develop confident, resilient, and well-rounded young adults. As a educator, I emphasize accountability, discipline, character, integrity, and teamwork. My goal is to create an environment where students are challenged to grow, lead with purpose, and consistently strive to be the best version of themselves.

My wife Johanna and I have been married since 2014 and are proud parents of three children, Zoé, Xiomara and Yahir. Outside of coaching, I enjoy supporting Colorado sports teams, including the Broncos, Nuggets, Avalanche, Rockies, and Rapids, while also cheering for Club América and the Mexico National Soccer Team.
