About Me

Welcome!  My name is Sara Harris, and I have been teaching Visual Arts at Poudre High School since 2007.  I am passionate about creating a safe space for my students to explore themes in our world through the visual arts, reflect on the why of what we do and creating a safe space to stumble.  Courses I teach include but are not limited to Jewelry, Painting, IB Art, and Unified Art.

My undergraduate degree is from CSU in Painting and Art Education and my master's is from UNC in Drawing with a thesis in student assessment.
