Graduated from Colorado State University with a BA in Political Science, and a Masters in Educational Leadership.

Biographical Sketch: 

Mr. Cantwell is entering his fifteenth year on Poudre’s staff. He will serve as Athletic Director and Assistant principal for the 2.5 year. The previous 13 years Mr. Cantwell served as an Economics, US History, AP US Government and Politics, Freshman Seminar and Current World Affairs teacher. Mr. Cantwell is happily married, and has two beautiful daughter's named Addison and Camryn. He is a Colorado State University graduate (BA Political Science 2009, M.Ed 2017). He was a boys lacrosse and football coach for 15 years. Five of those years were as the head boys lacrosse coach of the Poudre School District Stars, which is a combination of players from all high schools in Poudre School District. His interests outside of school are sports, politics, hanging with friends, good food, skiing, hiking, walking my dog, riding my bike, ice skating, rollerblading, swimming, reading, watching good shows, and running.
