Submit to Kaleidoscope!

Kaleidoscope

Another new year means a brand-new edition of Kaleidoscope! Poudre High School's student-published, literary-art magazine is looking for new submissions, and we want to publish your masterpiece! The entirety of our publication is filled with the creative works of our community and is designed and curated for publication and printing by students in the Adobe InDesign classes here at Poudre. Kaleidoscope is truly a work of community expression, passion, talent, skill, and effort. As such, we want to ensure we fill it with as many different projects, passions, and works as possible so start submitting now! We accept all forms of creations for publication, including everything from physical art like paintings, sculpture, costume and set design, and photography, digital and performance art including videos, music performances, digital canvases, Minecraft sculptures, written works like poetry, short stories, essays, mathematical and scientific proofs, and any other forms of artistic expression! We are looking for any form of submission from every part of our community, including students, teachers, alumni, prospective students, and members of our community in the Northern Colorado area, and most importantly, we want to include submissions in any language represented in our community, not just in English. There is no limit to the number of submissions that you send in, so please share your talents with our community and encourage the people in your life to do the same!

Submissions are open through our website, bit.ly/kaleidoscope2025 from now through the 1st of March, 2025! If you have a submission that you would like to have considered for inclusion that won't be finished by that deadline, reach out to Mr. Morley at imorley@psdschools.org to see if your work can be submitted after the deadline. Students chosen for publishing will receive an email by March 30th and our publishing party will be in early May as we celebrate the published students and the teams that make Kaleidoscope, the PHS News, the Yearbook, and the Poudre Press newspaper possible. Whether it's big or small, we want to represent you and your creations here at Poudre.

If you have any questions, please reach out to us at Kaleido.mag@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible, we look forward to publishing your Masterpiece! If you are interested in being a part of producing the Kaleidoscope magazine, be sure to sign up for Adobe InDesign A & B next year!
