PSD encourages staff and students, ages 12-17, to be vaccinated; although, it is not a requirement.

Appointments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. After receiving the first dose, a second-dose appointment will automatically be scheduled for 21 days later.

Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson and Johnson vaccines will all be available. Moderna and Johnson and Johnson are currently available for individuals 18 years and older.

Flu shots will also be available at the clinics for free.

To be vaccinated, individuals must be at least 12 years old, and a parent or guardian must be present to provide consent. Students who are 18 years or older do not need parental consent. Anyone in a PSD facility is required to wear a face mask, regardless of immunization.

These CDPHE mobile clinics are open to members of the greater community, as well as our school community. Because CDPHE’s mobile clinic is parked outdoors, no one will need to enter the school to access it.

To be clear, PSD staff are not administering the vaccines or coordinating the appointments. The district is communicating this opportunity. Information about vaccine clinics is posted on the COVID-19 Vaccines web page.
